...First of all I love this brand now that I experienced it.

However before purchasing it, I wanted to test different bikes. Feel their pulse first.
...And I didn't even needed another bike, I needed (and still do) another car. But that's another story.

Irrational, maybe. But fuck that, life is short even at the longest. And if bikes make me happy, it makes sense that I should be riding more often. "So I should get a great handling/powerful machine which I can enjoy daily if I want".

Back to the reason why I bought it.
I've tested couples of bikes which I still like and I believe that are great machines worth considering.

-Ducati Streetfighter 848: It looks mean, and that's cool. Great finish, great attention to details.
The riding position however it's crap. OK, it's not that bad. All your bodyweight goes in your hands, and can get a bit painful.
Nevertheless I still enjoy it a lot!The power is there, the handling it's good and the sound is ....crap.
Of course, that's why most of the owners are changing the exhaust and then allegedly becomes music for the ears, or so the story goes.

What I didn't like is that  you need to use a lot of clutch in the city otherwise it "pops" and "shakes" a bit.
My friend has a Ducati Monster and he loves it. Especially to polish it (joking bud!) and riding it occasionally.

-Kawasaki Z800: Looks great, nice riding position. Sounds OK with stock pipes.
The ride is good, the power is good and the handling is good, but doesn't feel light. And it's not, weighting around 229-230kg /500+ pounds.

That's "the problem" I personally see, it's just "good".
But if you like it, go for it. Its a good choice for sure!.

-Triump Street Triple R: I wanted to try it because of all the great reviews I saw online.
And I have to say it's great to ride and I think has also good fuel consumption (which I don't care about).
Many love the looks, and cannot stop staring at it.
I  don't. The more I looked at it, the more I disliked it.
But, highly recommended: Sounds great, handles great and has good power. Plus with all the positive press, people will envy you!

-Mv Agusta Brutale 800

...But I bough the Mv after I tested it (2 times).
It looks awesome, great finish. But that's not the best part.
The power is insane. You can ride it at 50km/h in 4th gear and still get an awesome acceleration when twisting the throttle.

The handling, its just brilliant. It feel like a feather, just effortless. This can be felt especially when you need to change quickly when leaning from one side to the other.

As a comparison, my friend has a Ducati Monster 696 which has the same weight (or so he said). And it feels lighter than his. He confirmed the same thing after riding mine.
Not sure how to explain this, but it has to be the way its weight is distributed.

Last but not least, the SOUND. In Sport Mode, sounds like a motogp bike when revving over 5-6k rpm.
Its maybe even more addictive than the power. And as a result I'm twisting very angry and very often the throttle.

...That's it for now
